Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields;
5 years of working experience in Hydropower;
Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings and other necessary;
Ability to set-up perform project controls functions on smaller and less complex projects;
Ability to do material takeoffs and field estimate
Fluency in English and Lao with very good writing and oral skills;
Proficient in MS Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs.
