Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years experience in Social and Environment or equivalent;
 Minimum of 5 years managerial experience with excellent organizational /planning and ability to motivate and lead team;
 Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build capacity of others;
 Strong computer skills including various office applications;
 Fluency in English and Lao with very good writing and oral skills;
 Proficient in MS Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
 Ability and commitment to deliver the expected results in a short period of time;
 Ability to work in the project sites, if necessary.
