Previous extensive experience in a similar mining supervisor role;
5 years experience in open pit operation;
Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to communicate in Lao and English;
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
