01 Deputy Administration Manager (XPPL in Saravan)
  Duty Description:    
  Assist the Administration Manager to manage all functions of the XPPL Administration including Communications, Health and Safety, Administration, Finance and Supply. Provide leadership, be responsible for, and manage department staff. Provide administrative assistance to, coordinate with, and support all Exploration / Operational functions at XPPL. Under the XPPL Administration Manager’s supervising, the Deputy Manager will establish relevant support policies and procedures.

Assist Manage administrative duties;
Day-to-day operational support at the site;
Maintains administrative staff by recruiting,
selecting, orienting, and training employees;
Maintains a safe and secure work environment;
Developing personal growth opportunities;
Ensure accountability of all personnel on site;
Ensure care and feeding of all personnel on site;
Develop and implement effective processes
 regarding all tasks related to the site activities
 including camp, catering, transportation, finance, human resources, procurement, warehouse, community relations, IT, and etc.
Be responsible for food and camp supplies for the camp and any satellite camps / facilities;
Liaise with Community Department (and the Executive Director) regarding their progress and needs;
Serve as department liaison to other departments; and maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams;
Generate reports to record all relevant business functions;
Assist with the preparation of department budgets and analysis of budget status reports;
Assist in the preparation of forecasts, strategic planning and annual operating plans;
Communicate, provide advices and liaise regularly with the XPPL Administration Staff;
Perform other related duties as assigned by XPPL Administration Manager.

  Qualification:
  Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or liberal arts.
Several years of supervisory and administrative support experience.
Ability to lead, motivate and delegate work.
Managerial, cooperative and supportive skills are necessary.
Excellent English and Lao written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within deadlines and should achieve the targets;
Flexible and quick in responding within short notice period;

Good organizational skills, which are essential for managing every type of administrative job responsibility.
Working with other teams,


develop and implement the plans,
procedures and standards required to support the process.
